Public notice is hereby given that the Council of the RM of Hoodoo No 401 intents to review and make a decision on a discretionary use development permit application as per the regulations of the RM of Hoodoo No. 401 Zoning by No. 14, 2018
INTENT The proposed discretionary use with the AR -Agriculture Resource District is in the form of a gravel pit and crushing operation.
AFFECTED LANDS The proposed gravel pit is on the quarter section land legally described as Part of SE 31-41-26 W2 which is shown on the map below (please contact the office for a copy of the map).
REASON the reason for this notice is to allow any members of the public to review and comment on the discretionary use development permit application prior to Council making a decision.
PUBLIC INSPECTION Any person may inspect the propose discretionary use development permit application at the RM of Hoodoo No 401 office located in Cudworth during regular office house.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION Council will provide the public with an opportunity to comment on the discretionary use development permit on June 12 2019 at 10:00 am at the RM of Hoodoo No 401 office at 525 2nd Avenue in Cudworth. Written comments received by June 11, 2019 will be submitted to Council.
